Complaint Process

 
ASBOA's designation of Certified School Business OfficialTM (CSBOTM) recognizes school business officials who demonstrate a combination of experience and education and who have the essential knowledge in the areas of practice in the profession of school business.
 
The ASBOA Discipline Committee reviews and responds to any report of non-professional behaviour by a member of ASBOA which is inconsistent with the Code of Ethics.
 
ASBOA takes reports of such behaviour very seriously, and has developed a detailed process to handle complaints, in alignment with the ASBOA Bylaws SCHEDULE A: Certified School Business Official (CSBO).
 
Any complaints should be addressed to the Chair of the Discipline committee and submitted using the form provided here, to the ASBOA Registrar,  who will then immediately forward it to the Chair of the Discipline committee.

You must be a registered Certified member of ASBOA to use the title "Certified School Business Official" and the abbreviations "CSBO" and C.S.B.O."
