The Alberta School Business Officials Association (ASBOA) is the provincial professional association supporting individuals responsible for the business, operations, and financial management of Alberta’s K–12 education system.
 
Our members ensure that school authorities have the financial stewardship, operational leadership, and administrative capacity needed to deliver high‑quality education.

Our History

Founded to support the evolving needs of school business professionals, ASBOA has grown into a province‑wide network committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Our 2026 name change reflects our expanded membership and modernized governance.
Certified Members
In accordance with ASBOA Bylaws SCHEDULE A: Certified School Business Official (CSBO), a register of Certified Members must be maintained. This register will include the name of the Certified Member and the business address of that individual.
