The event is presented over three days, starting Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and Sunday, with options to purchase event passes or individual event tickets. Two pre-conference session workshops are offered on Friday starting at 12:00 pm for Fundraising Associations. Saturday sessions, keynotes, and an evening banquet are presented prior to the Sunday business meeting and election of the ASCA Board of Directors. Attendees include parents, teachers, community members, students, trustees, principals, superintendents, government, and education organizations personnel.
