Sponsorship Opportunities

What does ASBOA get? 

Sponsorship dollars are used to offset Speaker fees, program costs, refreshment breaks and networking opportunities for participants. Your support allows us to provide an exciting and action-packed program at an affordable registration fee. 

There are varied opportunities to sponsor; by sponsoring specific events, activities, speakers; or as a general conference sponsor, allowing us to apply the funds to the overall program.

What do you get? 

Participating as a sponsor provides you with increased exposure and recognition by conference participants, association members, affiliated associations and visitors to the ASBOA webpage.  ALL sponsors will receive recognition on banners/signage on site, their company logo on the ASBOA Conference webpage and on the ASBOA website Events page through to the end of the event, unless otherwise identified in the sponsorship level.  All Sponsors will be able to provide their company profile information in the Company Directory in our Virtual Event platform.
 

In addition to recognition on signage at the event site, each sponsor will be included in the company directory in our virtual event platform for 1 year.

Gold - $5,000.00 +  
  • Company logo with a link to your website on the ASBOA website - Events page - 1 year   
  • Company logo with link to your website included in our weekly enews to members - once per month for 3 months
  • Opportunity to bring greetings on behalf of your company
  • Option of including promotional materials in conference kits
  • Up to 4 complimentary tickets to the Annual Banquet
Silver $3000.00+
  • Company logo with a link to your website on the ASBOA website - Events page - 6 months
  • Company logo with link to your website included in our weekly enews - once per month for 3 months
  • Option of including promotional materials in conference kits
  • Up to 2 complimentary tickets to the Annual Banquet
Bronze $1,500.00+
  • Company logo with a link to your website on the ASBOA website - Events page - 3 months
  • Invitation to attend the opening keynote speaker
Wellness/Nutrition Break Sponsor- $1000.00 +
  • signage provided by company to be displayed at the break site
Directory Listing - $500.00
  • Include your company profile and contact information in our virtual event platform for members to access throughout the year
 
Banner Ads (Organization Logo) - $100.00
  • Banner Ads are placed throughout the Virtual Event platform.  Participants will see these banner ads every time they access the conference app during the event.   
Specific Sponsorship Opportunities
  • Sunday - Monday Photo Booth - $2500.00 (include company logo on photos)
  • Sunday evening Social - $2500.00
  • Monday evening Banquet - Signature Beverage - $2500.00
  • Registration Grand Prize Draw ($3000 towards Registration to attend the ASBO International Eagle Institute)
