Program Overview

How can you ensure you are developing effective Administrative Procedures?   What strategies are available to save time preparing procedures?   This session will explore best practices for preparing Administrative Procedures and the benefits of establishing consistent governance across your organization. Through a case study analysis of procedures for Records Management and Student Records Management you will gain insight on the value of Administrative Procedures for establishing and implementing your Records Management Program.  The session will include a list of 10 Quick Wins for developing procedures.

Donna Molloy has a Masters degree in Public Administration where she completed course work in policy analysis and development.   She has prepared procedures for records and information management in a variety of settings.  For several Alberta School Divisions she has supported efforts to implement the ASBOA Model Records Retention Guidelines establishing Information Governance.
