Navigating 7 Conflicts of Interest
Conflicts of interest involving school board officials and school board members occur when their interests clash with their responsibilities to make unbiased decisions that serve the best interests of the students, parents, and the educational community. These conflicts can undermine the integrity of the decision-making process and compromise the quality of education provided.
This interactive seminar will examine various types of conflict of interest which involve school board members and officials and offer suggestions on how to navigate those challenges in a proactive manner.
This 3-hour webinar will cover seven types of conflict of interest and ways to manage each of them.
